It�s me and my brother in Budapest.

I was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1954 as the second child in my little family. My family was little, because it consisted only of my parents, my brother, my grandmother on my mother�s side - who unfortunately died when I was 1 year old, so I don�t remember her -, and a sister to my father living in Brazil.

I studied in the comprehensive school and in the high school in Budapest. The high school had the financial adjusting where I took my examination in 1972. Directly after the examination I began to work and in 1973 I even - at the same time as I was working - began to study at the University in Budapest for getting a Bachelor of Economic Science. I would have taken the university degree in 1977, but one year earlier when I moved to Sweden I terminated preemtively my studies.

there I got The Master of Computer Science and Mathematics degree in 1989.

Directly after my graduation I began to work at Frontec Konsulter AB which was the

group�s general consultant company. It consisted of approximately 90 employees from recently examined to specialists in just about anything within computer science, both hardware, software, project managers, trouble shooters and other specialists. Frontec Konsulter AB contributed with approximately 15% of all employees in the Frontec group and was its origin business activity.

During the past years the Frontec group has had several reorganisations. For a couple of years I was working for the company Frontec Telecom AB which was specialised on applications in the telephony communication area. It's main client was L.M. Ericsson Telecom in Stockholm, Sweden. The company was ISO9001 certified.

In 1997 after a new reorganisation Frontec Tekniksystem AB has been developed from Frontec Konsulter AB and Frontec Telecom AB. One division even of this company is specialised on applications in the telephony communication area. The company has about 100 employees.

In my work I find it easy to communicate and have no problems to co-operate with people of all kinds, of all nationalities and at all levels in a company. I'm a perfectionist and a conscientious person. I have very high expectations on my own work and I try to 'contaminate' my staff with that attitude. Due to that sometimes I make a cold and hard impression, but at the same time I listen to other people and have a strong sense of justice before making a decision.

Due to the fact that I have difficult to see other people be cheated, I always search a solution what is of advantage both for others and for me or my company. When I have found a good solution where noone is a "looser" I can usually convince my partners.

I like having "several bolls in the air at the same time" and challenges in my work. Thanks to my very high stress tolerance, my stamina and effectiveness even in stress situations I have attained significant contributions for the companies where I have served.
